Benext Group announces executive leadership change, Sato to resign

Open Up Group Inc. (TSE:2154) announced a change in its executive leadership effective July 1, 2025. Daio Sato, the current President and COO, has expressed his intention to resign from his position at the end of June. As a result, Yutaka Nishida, the current Chairman and Representative Director, CEO, will assume the additional role of President, becoming Chairman, President, and Representative Director, CEO. Daio Sato will remain with the company as a director. The Board of Directors approved Sato's resignation request at a meeting held on May 23, 2025. This leadership change marks a transition in Benext Group's management structure as the company moves forward.
