Hoya boosts year-end dividend, introduces stock compensation plan

The board has resolved to pay a year-end dividend of JPY115.00 per share, bringing the total annual dividend to JPY160.00 per share, a notable increase from the previous year's JPY110.00. This dividend payout totals JPY39,417 million.
