Nihon Kohden corrects FY2025 consolidated financial results

Nihon Kohden Corporation (TSE:6849) has announced a partial correction to its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, initially reported on May 13, 2025. The correction addresses errors in the calculation of income taxes and tax effects within the non-consolidated financial statements. As a result, there is an increase of JPY 1,037 million in income taxes (current), a decrease of JPY 1,037 million in income taxes (deferred), an increase of JPY 1,037 million in deferred tax assets, and an increase of JPY 1,037 million in accrued income taxes.
