Mitsui Fudosan boosts dividend after record-breaking FY2025 results

Mitsui Fudosan (TSE: 8801) reported record-breaking consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, prompting an increased dividend payout to shareholders. Revenue from operations reached JPY 2,625.36 billion, a 10.2% increase year-over-year, while business income climbed to JPY 398.68 billion, up 15.2%. Net income attributable to shareholders of the Company reached JPY 248.79 billion, a 10.8% increase. These record highs prompted the Board to increase the year-end dividend to JPY 31.00 per share, a JPY 1.00 increase from the previous forecast. For the next fiscal year, the company forecasts revenue of JPY 2,700 billion, with business income of JPY 425 billion and net income of JPY 260 billion, anticipating continued growth. Accordingly, the annual dividend for the year ending March 31, 2026, is projected to be JPY 33.00 per share.
