Sojitz revises FY2025 results, announces share buyback and dividend boost

Sojitz Corporation (TSE:2768) has issued a corrected version of its consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, citing a partial error in the original data released on May 1, 2025. The revisions include a slight increase in dividends received (from JPY 7,372 million to JPY 7,375 million) and profit for the year (from JPY 114,195 million to JPY 114,199 million). Profit attributable to owners of the company also saw a marginal increase from JPY 110,633 million to JPY 110,636 million.
