SCSK to tender Argo Graphics shares in buyback

SCSK Corporation (TSE: 9719) announced its decision to tender 4,160,000 common shares of Argo Graphics Inc. (TSE: 7595) in a tender offer initiated by Argo Graphics for its own shares. The move is part of Argo Graphics' strategy to improve capital efficiency and shareholder returns. SCSK will tender the shares at JPY4,475 per share and maintain a holding of 580,000 shares post-transaction. The total buyback value is expected to be JPY20,478,047,500.
