Mitsubishi Electric fiscal 2025 results show sales decline

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TSE:6503) today announced its non-consolidated financial results for fiscal year 2025, revealing a decrease in net sales. Net sales decreased by 22.8% year-on-year to JPY2,070,072 million from JPY2,682,655 million. The decline is primarily attributed to the spin-off of its automotive-equipment business, now Mitsubishi Electric Mobility Corporation, which occurred in April 2024. Operating income increased to JPY66,579 million, while Ordinary Income increased to JPY279,433 million. Net Income amounted to JPY288,988 million, with a Net Income per Share of JPY138.84.
