Hennge K.K. raises full-year financial forecast for 2025

Hennge K.K. announced an upward revision to its full-year financial results forecast for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. The company now anticipates net sales of JPY 10,881 million, compared to the previous forecast of JPY 10,441 million. Operating profit is projected to be between JPY 1,750 million and JPY 1,950 million, up from JPY 1,574 million. Ordinary profit is also revised to a range of JPY 1,750 million to JPY 1,950 million, against the earlier JPY 1,574 million. Profit attributable to owners of the parent is now expected to be between JPY 1,251 million and JPY 1,391 million, versus the original forecast of JPY 1,109 million, resulting in an EPS range of JPY 38.94 to JPY 43.29. The revisions are attributed to stronger new contract acquisitions and lower churn, while the company also intends to increase investments in talent acquisition and security enhancements. Additionally, the company disclosed non-consolidated financial results forecasts showing significant increases at each profit level.
