M3 Inc. announces FY2025 results and enhanced shareholder returns

M3 Inc. (TSE:2413) today announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a revenue increase of 19.3% to JPY 284.9 billion, driven by growth in normalized segments and recent acquisitions including ELAN Corporation. Operating profit reached JPY 62.971 billion, though it declined 2.2% year-over-year due to the impact of businesses in the rebound phase following the COVID-19 pandemic. Profit before tax was JPY 64.785 billion, a decrease of 5.9%, and profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 40.484 billion, a 10.6% increase from the prior year.
