Mitsui O.S.K. Lines to receive $620m dividend

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines announced that it will receive a US$620 million dividend from OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS PTE. LTD. (ONE), a significant equity-method affiliate. The dividend, based on a resolution passed by ONE's Board of Directors, is scheduled for receipt on June 16, 2025. This substantial inflow will be recognized in Mitsui O.S.K. Lines' non-consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, as non-operating income. While the dividend income will be reflected in the company's individual financial statements, it will be eliminated upon consolidation due to its nature as an intercompany transaction within the group.
