Kinden Corporation boosts FY2025 profit, increases dividend payout

Kinden Corporation (TSE:1944) announced strong consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, with net sales of completed construction contracts reaching ¥705.058 billion, a 7.7% increase year-over-year. Operating profit surged by 42.9% to ¥60.979 billion, and profit attributable to owners of the parent company rose by 40.8% to ¥47.250 billion. These results surpassed previous forecasts, leading to an increased year-end dividend of ¥50 per share, comprising a ¥45 ordinary dividend and a ¥5 commemorative dividend.
