Daisui announces director and executive officer changes

Daisui announced significant changes to its leadership structure, including director and executive officer appointments and role adjustments, following a board resolution. Nobumoto Yugami will remain as Director and Managing Executive Officer but will gain additional responsibilities of Overseas Sales Division Manager. Minoru Kojima remains as Director and Managing Executive Officer and has been promoted to Division Manager of the Osaka Fresh Fish Division and concurrently the Osaka Main Branch Manager. Takumi Mitani will continue as Director and Senior Executive Officer, remaining responsible for the Corporate Planning Office. Mitsuru Taniuchi is newly appointed as an outside director.
