Osaka Gas to cancel 6.22m shares

** Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (TSE: 9532) announced today its decision to cancel 6,223,500 of its own shares, as approved by the board. This action, representing 1.54% of the company's total issued shares before cancellation, is slated to take effect on May 16, 2025. Following the cancellation, the total number of outstanding shares will be reduced to 397,881,800.
