Nisshin Seifun announces leadership change: Sakamoto to representative director

Nisshin Seifun Group (TSE:2002) announced a change in its leadership structure, appointing Kenji Sakamoto as Representative Director effective June 26, 2025. Sakamoto, currently an Executive Officer, Division Executive of Human Resources & Labor Relations Division, will replace Naoto Masujima. Masujima, the current Representative Director, will transition to the role of Senior Corporate Adviser. Sakamoto's career with Nisshin Seifun began in 1986, including roles as General Manager of Human Resources and within the Finance & Accounting divisions. He currently holds 22,773 shares of Nisshin Seifun stock as of March 31, 2025. This change reflects an adjustment to the company's executive structure. The decision was formalized during a Board of Directors meeting held on April 24, 2025.
