NS Solutions to acquire Infocom, making it subsidiary

NS Solutions Corporation announced its decision to acquire all outstanding shares of Infocom Corporation, a move approved by its board of directors on April 23, 2025. The acquisition, valued at approximately JPY 55.0 billion, will be executed after Infocom completes a pre-organizational restructuring involving the spin-off of its net business operations.
