Cyberstep to create holding company, eyes Australian listing

Cyberstep announced plans to establish Cyberstep Nova Co., Ltd., an intermediate holding company, effective May 9, 2025, via a simplified incorporation-type company split. This new entity will oversee CyberStep Communications, Inc. (CSC) and ONKN Co., Ltd., making them indirect subsidiaries of Cyberstep. As part of its strategy, Cyberstep is considering listing Cyberstep Nova on the Australian Securities Exchange to enhance its fundraising capabilities and global competitiveness. Cyberstep Nova will issue 200 shares, all allocated to Cyberstep, with an initial capital of JPY 10 million. The creation of the holding company is aimed at streamlining the management of its online game operations and IP content businesses in the U.S. market, managed by CSC and ONKN respectively. Cyberstep states the company split will have a minor impact on its consolidated earnings.
