USS enhances shareholder benefits, rewards long-term holders

USS Co., Ltd. (TSE:4732) is enhancing its shareholder benefits program to encourage long-term support, effective September 30, 2025. The revised program, applicable to shareholders recorded on that date, includes increased benefits and new rewards for those holding shares for three years or more. Shareholders maintaining continuous ownership of at least the minimum required shares within each category will qualify for the long-term benefits starting September 30, 2028. Benefits will increase based on shareholding. For example, shareholders with 500-999 shares will receive VJA gift cards valued at JPY3,000 for holdings less than three years, and JPY5,000 for those held longer. Shareholders with 1,000-9,999 shares will receive gourmet gifts valued at JPY7,000, increasing to JPY10,000 for longer-term holdings. Similarly, those holding 10,000 or more shares will receive gourmet gifts valued at JPY15,000, escalating to JPY20,000 for long-term holders. The move underscores USS's commitment to rewarding shareholder loyalty and attracting sustained investment.
