Komeri's fiscal year 2025 profits hold steady amidst flat growth

Komeri (TSE: 8218) announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, reporting a slight increase in operating revenue to JPY 379.192 billion, up 2.3% year-over-year. Operating profit rose 1.4% to JPY 22.396 billion, while recurring profit remained nearly flat at JPY 22.248 billion. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 13.719 billion, a marginal increase of 0.1%. The company proposed an annual dividend of JPY 54.00 per share for FY2025 and projects JPY 56.00 per share for FY2026. Komeri plans to open 35 new stores and remodel existing locations to meet evolving customer needs.
