Bank of Saga raises year-end dividend forecast

The Bank of Saga today announced an upward revision of its year-end dividend forecast, increasing the total annual dividend from JPY 80.00 to JPY 90.00 per share. This decision, made at a board meeting on April 22, 2025, comes as a result of the bank's solid performance and a desire to meet shareholders' expectations. The year-end dividend is set to increase by JPY 10.00, from the previously forecast JPY 40.00 to JPY 50.00 per share. The revised forecast will be submitted to the 96th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2025. The interim dividend remains unchanged at JPY 40.00. For the fiscal year ended March 2024, the bank paid an interim dividend of JPY 35.00 and a year-end dividend of JPY 45.00, totaling JPY 80.00.
