Star Micronics completes cancellation of 9m shares

Star Micronics announced today that it has completed the cancellation of 9,000,000 of its own common shares as of April 21, 2025. This cancellation represents 21.75% of the total number of outstanding shares before the cancellation. Following the cancellation, the total number of outstanding shares will be 32,373,034, and the number of treasury shares held will be 637,267. The cancellation was approved at a board of directors meeting on April 7, 2025.
