Aun Consulting shareholder to donate and sell shares

Aun Consulting (TSE:2459) announced that its primary shareholder, ANDY & PARTNERS PTE. LTD., intends to donate 30,800 shares (0.41% of outstanding shares) to company employees on April 21, 2025, in an effort to boost morale and commitment. Additionally, ANDY & PARTNERS plans to sell a portion of its Aun Consulting shares on the market by May 28, 2025.
