Metaplanet Inc. sees large-scale exercise of stock acquisition rights

Metaplanet Inc. (TSE:3350) announced the large-scale exercise of its 17th series of stock acquisition rights by EVO FUND, initially issued on February 17, 2025. Between April 9 and April 17, 4,746 stock acquisition rights were exercised, resulting in the issuance of 4,746,000 new shares. This represents 11.30% of the total 42,000 rights issued. The exercise prices ranged from JPY315 to JPY369. As of April 17, 2025, 20,554 rights remain unexercised, corresponding to 20,554,000 shares. The initial filing also notes that as of the previous disclosure, the total number of issued shares was 470,604,340 (of which 25,380 were treasury shares).
