Freee KK to absorb Apollo Inc., expanding ERP services

Freee KK (TSE:4478) announced its plan to absorb its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apollo Inc., in a simplified merger effective July 1, 2025. The merger aims to enhance Freee KK’s integrated cloud ERP by incorporating Apollo’s AI-driven online reservation services for small businesses. Freee KK acquired Apollo in October 2024 for an undisclosed amount. Apollo provides individuals and small businesses a 24/7, 365 days a year service to automatically generate reservation websites. The merger is structured as an absorption-type, with Freee KK as the surviving entity. No changes are expected in Freee KK's operational structure, and the company anticipates a limited impact on its consolidated financial results.
