Dear Life acquires land for condominium development in Tokyo

Dear Life announced today the acquisition of land in Toshima ward, Tokyo, for the development of a condominium complex. The property is located near Kanamecho Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho and Fukutoshin lines, providing direct access to major business and commercial areas such as Ikebukuro, Yurakucho, and Shibuya. The 621.09 sqm site will be used to construct a five-story building with 43 residential units. The planned condominium, tentatively named "Kanamecho Project," will have a total floor space of 1,221.68 sqm. Dear Life intends to target single residents and DINKS (double income, no kids) seeking convenient urban living. The impact on the company's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending September 2027 is expected to be minor, with revenue recognized on the partial sales.
