Nihon Nohyaku receives shareholder proposal for June AGM

Nihon Nohyaku announced today that it has received a shareholder proposal from City Index Eleventh for consideration at the 126th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 2025. The proposal includes two agenda items: establishing a special committee to protect minority shareholders and improve shareholder value, and amending the articles of incorporation to require a majority of outside directors on the board. The company will announce its board of directors' opinion on the proposal as soon as it is decided.
