Lintec announces change in board nominee

Lintec Corporation announced a change to its list of director nominees following a board meeting held today. The initial nomination was announced on February 6, 2025. The company has replaced Akira Sebe with Takanori Sano as a candidate for Director (excluding Audit and Supervisory Committee members), who will also be a outside director candidate. Sano currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Planning at Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. Also, he will be appointed as the General Manager of Planning and related business in Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. in late June. The election is scheduled for the company's 131st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
