JDC Corp adds Yuri Fushimi as specified subsidiary

Jdc Corporation (TSE: 1887) announced today that it will invest in a silent partnership managed by Yuri Fushimi LLC, effective April 17, 2025. This investment will result in Yuri Fushimi LLC being classified as a specified subsidiary of Jdc Corporation. The investment will be used to acquire trust beneficiary rights related to real estate in Aichi Prefecture. Jdc Corporation’s investment in the silent partnership will exceed 10% of its capital. Jdc Corporation is investing JPY 2,400 million in the silent partnership. The company believes that this property is an office building that is conveniently located and has the potential to increase its value through future real estate development. Jdc Corporation will be a silent partner in Yuri Fushimi LLC as a qualified institutional investor.
