Carta Holdings to integrate subsidiaries, renames Carta Marketing Firm

Carta Holdings Inc. (TSE:3688) announced the detailed plan to merge its wholly-owned subsidiaries CARTA COMMUNICATIONS Inc. (CCI), CARTA MARKETING FIRM Inc. (CMF), and Barriz Inc. effective July 1, 2025. The integration aims to enhance the company's digital marketing sector by integrating the strengths of the three entities to improve client services, streamline operations, consolidate buying functions, and enhance resource allocation. CMF will be the surviving company, while CCI and Barriz will be dissolved. In conjunction with the merger, CMF will be renamed CARTA ZERO Inc. The company does not expect the merger to have any impact on its consolidated financial results.
