Baycurrent corrects financial results supplement, amends treasury purchase amount

Baycurrent Consulting (TSE:6532) issued a correction to its "Supplement to Financial Results for the Full-Year of the Fiscal Year Ending February 28, 2025," originally announced on April 10, 2025. The company identified inaccuracies in the amount of treasury stock to be purchased and the FY2025 EBITDA figures. The correction revises the limit for treasury purchases, reducing the maximum amount from JPY30 billion to JPY3 billion, while maintaining the maximum number of shares at 470,000. Additionally, the FY2025 EBITDA result was adjusted from JPY43,487 million to JPY43,489 million, with revenue remaining unchanged at JPY116,056 million, a 23.6% year-over-year increase, and EBITDA margin at 37.5%.
