Treasure Factory announces special dividend to celebrate 30th anniversary

Treasure Factory Co., Ltd. announced today a year-end dividend of JPY 18.00 per share, approved at a Board of Directors meeting on April 16, 2025, with a record date of February 28, 2025. This dividend comprises a regular dividend of JPY 16.00 and a special commemorative dividend of JPY 2.00 per share, celebrating the company's 30th anniversary. This decision aims to strike a balance between rewarding shareholders and reinforcing the company's financial stability. The total amount of dividends reaches JPY 421 million. The dividend is scheduled to be effective from May 29, 2025. The matter will be discussed and resolved at the 30th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for May 28, 2025. In the previous fiscal year, the company paid a dividend of JPY 16.00 per share, with a total dividend payout of JPY 374 million.
