Hirata Corp to dissolve European subsidiary, HEE GmbH

Hirata Corporation announced today that its board of directors has approved the dissolution and liquidation of its European subsidiary, Hirata Engineering Europe GmbH (HEE), based in Mainz, Germany. The decision, made at a board meeting on April 15, 2025, is part of a broader restructuring of the company's operations in response to changing market conditions. HEE, established in November 1993, has been primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of automated and labor-saving equipment. Hirata Corp holds 100% stake in HEE with a capital of EUR 875 thousand. The liquidation process is scheduled to begin on May 1, 2025, with completion subject to local legal requirements. Hirata anticipates a minimal impact on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
