Sohgo Security Services rebrands as ALSOK, enhances business scope

Sohgo Security Services (TSE:2331) will rebrand as ALSOK effective July 16, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the June 25th general meeting. This change unifies the company name with its widely recognized "ALSOK" corporate brand to further enhance brand value. Concurrently, the company will amend its articles of incorporation to include support for specified skilled foreign workers, reflecting its growing involvement in facilitating foreign talent within the care, facility management, and potentially security sectors. In connection to the rebrand, the Board announced Ikuji Kayaki to be appointed to the position of Director, effective June 25, 2025.
