Credit Saison completes stock buyback program

Credit Saison announced the completion of its stock buyback program on April 9, 2025. The company repurchased 438,100 shares of its common stock from April 1, 2025, to April 7, 2025, at a total value of JPY1,511,075,200. This buyback was executed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange market. The total number of shares bought back pursuant to the May 15, 2024, resolution amounted to 14,585,600 shares, for a total value of JPY49,999,470,905. The initial resolution authorized the buyback of up to 25,000,000 shares, representing 15.2% of the total outstanding shares excluding treasury shares, and up to JPY50,000,000,000.
