Aeon Delight achieves record profits, goes private in AEON deal

** Aeon Delight (TSE:9787) reported strong financial results for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2025, achieving record-high operating and ordinary profits. Sales reached JPY337.93 billion, a 4.0% increase year-over-year, while profits attributable to owners of the parent company grew by 7.6% to JPY11.52 billion. The company attributed the growth to expanding its share within existing customers and acquiring new clients, coupled with improved gross profit margins and effective control of SG&A expenses.
