Stemrim to reduce capital, convene shareholder meeting

Stemrim (TSE:4599) has announced a plan to reduce its capital and convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 23, 2025, to approve the move. The company intends to decrease its capital from JPY116,400,000 to JPY10,000,000, transferring JPY106,400,000 to capital reserves.
