Toyo Asano revises FY2025 earnings forecast downwards

Toyo Asano Foundation (TSE:5271) announced a revision to its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2025. The company now expects net sales of JPY14,402 million, a decrease from the previous forecast of JPY16,500 million. Operating profit is projected to be JPY606 million, slightly below the prior estimate of JPY610 million. Recurring profit is revised upwards to JPY596 million from JPY560 million. Net income attributable to shareholders increased from JPY340 million to JPY363 million. Basic earnings per share are now forecast at JPY280.51, up from JPY262.43. The revision is attributed to project delays impacting sales, offset by improved non-operating income driven by the company's Reform strategy. The company maintains its planned year-end dividend of JPY50 per share.
