Tosei's Q1 profit jumps 27% amid strong property sales

Tosei Corporation (TSE: 8923) reported a 27.1% surge in profit attributable to owners of the parent, reaching JPY8.176 billion for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending November 30, 2025. Revenue climbed 32.1% year-over-year to JPY46.066 billion, with operating profit increasing 28.5% to JPY12.322 billion. This growth was fueled by strong sales in the Revitalization Business, where revenue increased 36.8% to JPY21.182 billion, and the Development Business, which saw a 35.6% revenue increase to JPY17.671 billion. The Fund and Consulting Business also contributed with a 7.6% revenue rise to JPY1.676 billion.
