Japan Airport Terminal investigates subsidiary's business transactions

Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. (TSE:9706) announced today that it has initiated an investigation into a business transaction involving a subsidiary, following a report in the Yomiuri Shimbun. The company's Audit and Supervisory Committee, comprised solely of independent outside directors, is leading the investigation in response to external indications. The company stated that it will announce the results of the investigation as soon as it is completed. In the meantime, Japan Airport Terminal apologizes for any concerns the matter may cause.
