Information Creative to acquire Japan Image Distribution

Information Creative announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of all shares of Japan Image Distribution, a Fukuoka-based system engineering and software development company, effective April 10, 2025. This acquisition aims to bolster Information Creative's IT solution business by expanding its personnel, enhancing its technical capabilities, and fortifying its business foundation. Information Creative anticipates synergies through joint project development and optimization of resources for IT service development. For the fiscal year ending October 2024, Japan Image Distribution reported sales of JPY 440.512 million and net assets of JPY 48.224 million.
