Air Water to acquire Kawamoto Corp. after successful tender offer

Air Water Inc. (TSE:4088) announced the successful completion of its tender offer for shares of Kawamoto Corporation (Securities Code: 3604). The tender offer, which commenced on February 10, 2025, concluded on April 3, 2025. Air Water sought to acquire the Subject Shares pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Of the 2,891,920 shares sought to be purchased, a minimum of 960,100 shares was needed for the completion. The offering was successful, with a total of 2,466,684 shares tendered to Air Water, exceeding the minimum requirement.
