** Tokyo Sangyo Co., Ltd. [TSE:8070] announced a change in its major shareholder structure, effective April 1, 2025. Seika Corporation now holds the position of the company's largest major shareholder, succeeding Simplex Asset Management Co., Ltd. This transition follows Seika Corporation's submission of a large shareholding report to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on April 2, 2025, and Simplex Asset Management's notification to Tokyo Sangyo that it had transferred its shares to Seika Corporation.
