SBS Holdings completes acquisition of Blackbird Logistics B.V.

SBS Holdings (TSE:2384) announced today, April 2, 2025, the completion of its acquisition of 80% of the common shares of Blackbird Logistics B.V., a Netherlands-based logistics company, turning it into a subsidiary. The acquisition, executed through SBS Europe B.V., was initially disclosed on December 24, 2024. Blackbird Logistics B.V., known for its comprehensive logistics services under the De Zwaluw brand, including specialized transport and warehousing, generated net assets of EUR12,436 and net sales of EUR53,736 in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. The company's total assets amounted to EUR30,229 for the same period. SBS Holdings anticipates that this acquisition, bringing six additional subsidiaries into its corporate group, will not materially impact its consolidated earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Hummingbird Ventures B.V. previously held 100% ownership of Blackbird Logistics B.V..
