Kushim appoints interim representative director following court decision

Kushim announced that on April 1, 2025, the Tokyo District Court appointed Masahiro Otsuki of Abe, Ikubo & Katayama Law Offices as interim representative director. This decision follows a shareholder proposal submitted on February 20, 2025, and results in the dismissal of all existing directors except Hidetoshi Ogawa. Additionally, Takashi Harada, also from Abe, Ikubo & Katayama Law Offices, has been appointed as an interim auditing committee member and Toshichika Suzaki was appointed as an interim auditing committee member. The former Representative Director Chairman Hiroki Nakagawa and Representative Director President Daisuke Ito have been dismissed. The appointment of interim officers is temporary, pending the outcome of the upcoming extraordinary general shareholders meeting in April 2025.
