Cyber Security Cloud finalizes stock option issuance details

Cyber Security Cloud today finalized the details regarding the issuance of its 9th series of stock options to employees. The options will be allocated to 12 employees, totaling 310 units. Each stock option corresponds to common stock, with a total of 31,000 shares underlying the issuance. The exercise price per stock option is set at JPY 190,200 (JPY 1,902 per share). This decision finalizes the previously undetermined aspects of the stock option plan originally approved by the board of directors.
