Dai Nippon Printing completes share buyback program

Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (TSE:7912) announced the completion of its share buyback program on April 1, 2025. The company repurchased 586,300 shares of its common stock for a total of JPY 1,287,234,850 during March 2025. This buyback was executed through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The repurchase aligns with a Board of Directors resolution made on November 29, 2024, which authorized the company to buy back up to 10,000,000 shares, representing approximately 2.17% of outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock), for a maximum of JPY 20 billion. Since the beginning of the buyback program on December 17, 2024, Dai Nippon Printing has cumulatively repurchased 8,627,200 shares for a total of JPY 19,253,916,300 as of March 31, 2025.
