NJS Co. finalizes CDC Aqua ServiceCo. acquisition

NJS Co., Ltd. (TSE:2325) announced the finalization of its acquisition of all issued shares of CDC Aqua ServiceCo., Ltd. The acquisition, initially detailed in a notice dated March 25, 2025, was executed on April 1, 2025. CDC Aqua Service Co., Ltd., located in Chiba-shi, Chiba, will operate under Yasumasa Kawasaki, President and representative director, providing outsourcing services for water supply and sewerage, along with related software development and maintenance. The acquisition cost totaled JPY700 million, excluding an agent fee and other expenses of JPY72 million. CDC Aqua ServiceCo., Ltd. reported net sales of JPY2,103 million for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. NJS Co., Ltd. currently assessing the impact on its consolidated results for the fiscal year ending December 2025 and will disclose further details as needed.
