Metaplanet reallocates bond proceeds to Bitcoin purchases

Metaplanet Inc. (TSE:3350) announced a change in the allocation of funds raised through the issuance of its 10th Series of Ordinary Bonds on March 31, 2025. Originally intended to be allocated to the purchase of Bitcoin via "Notice Regarding the Issuance of the 13th to 17th Series of Stock Acquisition Rights," the JPY 2 billion raised from EVO FUND will now be earmarked for this purpose. The funds initially designated for bond redemption will be secured through the exercise of stock acquisition rights instead.
