Ichinen Holdings acquires NISSEKI GLASS, announces personnel changes

Ichinen Holdings announced the completion of its acquisition of NISSEKI GLASS IND. CO., LTD. following a business transfer from the former Nisseki Glass Industry Co., Ltd. (now NSG Corporation). This acquisition, effective March 31, 2025, makes NISSEKI GLASS a consolidated subsidiary of Ichinen Holdings and is intended to strengthen the company's "Others" business segment, which includes the manufacture and sale of glass products. Ichinen expects synergies between NISSEKI GLASS and its existing subsidiary, SHINKO GLASS INDUSTRY CO., LTD., and SHINSEI GLASS IND. CO., LTD., in areas such as technical development, raw material procurement, and product line expansion.
