Monotaro shareholders approve all resolutions at 25th AGM

Monotaro Co., Ltd. (TSE:3064) announced the results of its 25th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 25, 2025. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the appropriation of surplus, amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, and the election of nine directors. Over 90% of the company's 4,968,356 voting rights were exercised, with over 99% approving the surplus appropriation and Articles of Incorporation amendments. The director elections saw approval rates ranging from 83.27% to 99.45% for individual candidates. These results demonstrate strong shareholder support for Monotaro's management and strategic direction.
