Living Platform's subsidiary to acquire Ripple Community's childcare business

Living Platform (TSE:7091) announced that its consolidated subsidiary, Nursery Platform, will acquire the operations of Ripple Community's (RC社) "sora Hoikuen" small-scale licensed childcare center on March 1, 2025. The childcare center, located in Saitama City, has a capacity of 19 children aged 0-2 years. In the most recent fiscal year, the acquired business generated ¥30 million in revenue. Living Platform anticipates a minor impact on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2025 as a result of the acquisition. The company expects to recognize a positive goodwill from the transaction, but the exact amount is yet to be determined.
